  Many telecom companies have come and gone over the past decade.  USTEL1.COM has flourished since 1992 in a highly-competitive field by providing quality to consumers and profitability to our retail partners.

 USTEL1.COM opened as a competitive long distance provider in 1992 and began the distribution of prepaid phone cards in Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts in 1993.  In 1994 we introduced the first phone card vending machines in Connecticut and Massachusetts.  In 1995, we partnered with PT-1 Communications of NY to introduce the PT-1 Phone Card to CT, MA and RI.  PT-1 became the largest selling phone card in the United States.  In 1997, we introduced the PT-1 Connecticut Phone Card, the first local access phone card in Connecticut which became the state’s largest selling phone card.

 In April, 2001, USTEL1.COM began the distribution of the STI Phone Card product line in CT, MA and RI.  Later, our distribution expanded thru offices in Pittsburgh and Seattle.  Products introduced include local access products Connecticut Plus, Connecticut Total Talk, Connecticut Central, Rhode Island Card, Rhode Island Total Talk, Pittsburgh Card, Seattle Card and Talk Cents, a national 800 access card.

 In 2003, we began installing point-of-sale (POSA) terminals in retail outlets allowing the sale of all major prepaid wireless refill PINs without the need for in-store stock.  In 2004, we began distribution of the STI Mobile nationwide wireless program.  Wireless customers can inexpensively direct dial to any worldwide destination from the United States with digital PCS quality utilizing a prepaid cellular phone.
